Here's What Tea Enthusiasts Say About Nichome Connect Tours
Questions?
How Do I Customize A Tour?
Simply begin by picking a tour out of one of the eleven tea tours that we offer. Then, customize the tour via Add-Ons to make the tour all all yours.
For example, wish to be chauffeured to the Tea Gathering Tour in kimono and traditional Japanese hair styling? Add "Tea Gathering Tour" to the cart and customize it by adding "Chauffeured Car," "Kimono Rental" and "Traditional Japanese Hair Styling" add-ons.
If there are multiple parties in your group who wish to have the same experiences, simply increase the quantity of each tour/add-on to match the number of recipients.
After selecting a preferred date and time for the tour, add the experiences to the cart and check out to complete the reservation. You will not be charged until our Concierge has reviewed your preferences and confirmed availability and logistics. If necessary, will contact you via the e-mail address that you have provided.
Once tour details are confirmed, we will send you a payment link via e-mail. Upon completion of payment, we will secure the arrangements on your behalf.
If you have special considerations, please contact us via the Contact Us form.
Can I Just Purchase An Add-On Without Purchasing A Tour?
Add-Ons are specially curated by us at Nichome Connect with local artisans and small business owners. Our partners do not welcome guests unaccompanied by a tour guide, thus add-ons cannot be purchased seperately.
Can You Offer Experiences Not Listed Here?
We love providing tailored experiences. Please let us know your interest via the Contact Us form and we may be able to assist you with it.
The Maximum Quantity For Participants For Add-Ons is Maxed At 6. Why?
Many of our partners are small business owners operating out of limited spacing, thus simply cannot accomodate large groups.
If you have more than 6 in your party, please contact us via the Contact Us form to see if we can arrange large group reception.
Are There Any Group Discounts?
There may be special discounts for parties over 5. Please inquire via the Contact Us form with the tour and any add-ons that you would like to be considered for special discounts.
Please note that any applicable group discounts cannot be combined with any other price reductions.
Who Will Guide Me?
You will be well taken care of by one of our knowledgable guides.
Our guides not only have deep knowledge of Japanese tea culture, but are tea practitioners themselves. All have lived abroad, speak both English and Japanese and are experienced conducting Japan based tours.
You will be guided responsibly with passion, grace and enthusiasm.
